Corporate Philosophy

It is not an easy task for a new enterprise to gain a foothold in an established market place. This will generally be managed only if you are better and lower-priced than your competition. The chances will rise if your customer service is outstanding. This is our target. Never once shall a customer resent to have bought one of our products. We want the name of "Alcatraz" to become a synonym for reliability, quality, good service, price-worthiness and optimal customer benefit. We do not only want the customers to be satisfied by our products, we want them to be enthusiastic! Only in this way we can establish a basis for long-term relationships!

 

Our efforts concentrate on the following main factors:

Optimization of customer benefit

Safety recorders are designed for long-term use and should remain, at the same time, always up-to-date. The hardware installed is already compatible with future development features which only will have to be activated by software. The SmartMedia card enables you to transfer new characteristics to aged devices so that these will become highly updated. Therefore the devices bought by our customers will never get out-of-date.

We see ourselves as a technical spear-head providing our customers with easy access, to be able to utilize imminent improvement in the technical sector as fast as possible. The Alcatraz camera is a completely innovative development, both as a single-camera and as multiplexer version. It is important for the customer that the devices are easy to handle and operate. They should be self-explaining, not presenting any problems. The customer should trust the products. We even use a separate operating system which is very stable in order to avoid trouble. All wishes expressed by customers are directly treated and implemented. Our high-power design department achieves very short reaction times.

Exemplary service

It is easy to talk about service, but it is difficult to implement it. However, good service is the key to permanent customer relationship. This is what we want! Whenever there is a problem, the customer is never left alone. If, against all odds, our field service is not able to solve the problem the customer will benefit of our full technical support. If a device fails, we immediately proceed to remedy this. Our full guarantee does not only cover the replacement of parts, but also the related labour costs. The customer does not have to pay anything. You will not find any small print with us: We stand up for our products with no ifs and buts. Take us at our word!

Favourable prices

Our prices are not fixed according to what we are able to get "from the market ", but they are calculated on the grounds of sound business practice with a narrow margin. So, please do not think our quality is low because of our inexpensive prices! We offer very low prices although offering good quality. And we think that this will not only be of benefit for the customer, but also for ourselves, in medium terms.
